Cancellation Policy
Cancellations Within Two Weeks of Move Date:
If you cancel your move within two weeks (14 days) of the scheduled move date, no refund will be issued. This policy is in place to cover the costs incurred due to the short notice, including the reservation of time and resources.
Cancellations More Than Two Weeks Before Move Date:
If you cancel your move more than two weeks (14 days) before the scheduled move date, you are eligible for a 50% refund of your deposit. The remaining 50% of the deposit is retained to cover administrative and logistical expenses.
Refunds After Completion of Move
Once your move has been completed, no refunds will be issued. This policy ensures that our team is compensated for the time and effort involved in executing your move.

Refund Processing Time
