If you cancel your move within two weeks of the scheduled date, no refund will be issued. Cancellations made more than two weeks before the move are eligible for a 50% refund of the deposit. Please note that refunds are not issued after the move is completed.

You’ll need to take the number of hours estimated and multiply that by the hourly rate our company charges. Also you may be charged for things like Travel time, packing materials, and tips for the movers if you choose to.

Yes we bring all the necessary tools to take apart anything you need. Things designed to be broken down to move will be reassembled at your new location.
Tips are not mandatory so it’s up to you. If you choose to tip your movers you can tip a flat rate or give them a percentage of the total moving cost.
